Learn about the University’s latest plans in response to COVID-19 during a system-wide online town hall at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 27.

Students, faculty, and staff system-wide are  WSU President Kirk Schulz will host the town hall and provide updates. Provost Bryan Slinker, Vice President of Student Affairs Mary Jo Gonzales, and Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer Theresa Elliot‑Cheslek will join the president to answer questions from the community.

RICHLAND, Wash. – Members of the public are invited to a presentation and discussion on Monday, April 29, in the Washington State University Tri-Cities East Auditorium on the future of ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ and how it should partner with organizations throughout the mid-Columbia region and beyond.

The event is one of several town hall meetings that will occur throughout the next several months that welcome public feedback as part of the strategic planning process for ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

3 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.                   Campus Walking Tour (optional)
3:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.                   Meet and Greet
4 p.m. – 4:40 p.m.                   Panelist Presentations
4:40 p.m. – 5:50 p.m.             Question and Answer

Panelists will include representatives from the K-12 system, higher education, municipal and local government, and business development councils.

The event is free and open to the public.
